In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Chewy customers seeking assistance via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, product information, billing, and returns while maintaining Chewy’s high standards of customer service.
- Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the customer service platform.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewy’s products, policies, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive remote work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume chat interactions efficiently.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position with flexible shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate Chewy’s 24/7 customer service model.
- Shift schedules will be communicated in advance, with potential for overtime during peak periods.
