Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to the Chewy Loyalty Program via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with loyalty program enrollment, points redemption, account updates, and troubleshooting.

  • Resolve complex issues and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Provide feedback to improve the loyalty program based on customer insights and recurring issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and technical support to enhance the customer experience.

  • Stay updated on loyalty program changes, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in loyalty programs, retail, or e-commerce.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


Experience



  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles.

  • Experience with loyalty or rewards programs is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with pet industry or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
