Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from veterinary clinics and professionals via phone, email, or chat.

  • Provide accurate information regarding Chewy’s products, services, and order processes related to veterinary needs.

  • Assist veterinary customers with prescription management, order placement, and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as pharmacy, fulfillment, and technical support to resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Previous experience in veterinary customer service, veterinary technician, or related veterinary field preferred.

Experience
