Job Summary

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for selecting and packing products with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities



  • Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners and inventory systems

  • Pack products safely and efficiently for shipment

  • Sort, scan, and stack packages based on delivery routes

  • Prepare inventory for shipment by labeling, wrapping, and staging

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

  • Meet performance targets and quality standards consistently

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk for up to 10 hours, and perform physical labor

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures

  • Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills

  • Capability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures



Experience



  • No prior warehouse experience is required—full training will be provided

  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is a plus



Working Hours



  • Flexible part-time and full-time shifts available
