Job Summary


Amazon is hiring enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our Fulfillment Center team. As a Fulfillment Center Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in getting Amazon orders ready for our customers—ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality. You’ll be on the front line of the company’s supply chain, assisting with receiving, packing, sorting, and shipping customer orders. We offer flexible shift options, including day and night schedules, to support your lifestyle.



Key Responsibilities



  • Receive, scan, sort, and place inventory in designated locations.

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners and mobile tools.

  • Follow workplace safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, and carts (training provided).

  • Work in a fast-paced, physical environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

  • Assist in inventory control and loss prevention efforts.

  • Report any product or packaging quality issues to leadership.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move for extended periods.

  • Capability to lift items up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Ability to read and understand English for safety and process instructions.

  • Basic computer and scanning device literacy.

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and team spirit.



Experience



  • No prior warehouse or fulfillment center experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Previous experience in logistics, manufacturing, or retail is an added advantage.



Working Hours



  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

  • Flexible scheduling options with multiple shifts:



    • Day Shifts: Typically starting between 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

    • Night Shifts: Typically starting between 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM



  • Weekend shifts and overtime may be required based on business demand.
