Key Responsibilities



  • Receive, sort, scan, and stock incoming inventory.

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and speed.

  • Operate hand-held devices and warehouse tools.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

  • Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.

  • Basic reading and comprehension skills (to understand instructions and safety rules).

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.

  • Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.



Experience



  • No prior warehouse or logistics experience required.

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Paid training will be provided upon hire.



Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available (Day, Night, Weekend, and Seasonal).

  • Part-time and full-time roles offered.
