- Resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other support team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company procedures, scripts, and quality standards.
- Deliver feedback to improve service processes and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Good typing speed (minimum 30 WPM).
- Calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- No prior experience is requiredβfreshers are encouraged to apply!
- Any previous experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles will be considered a plus.

- Flexible scheduling available (Day/Night Shifts).
- Choose from Full-Time or Part-Time remote shifts.
- Weekends and holiday shifts may be required depending on business needs.
π Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a remote working environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes.
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.
