In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound customer queries, resolving concerns, and delivering a seamless support experience—all through live chat and email. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and solution-oriented responses.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior support staff when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions using internal CRM systems.
- Stay up to date with company policies, product updates, and system changes.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously with clarity and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written English communication skills (grammar, punctuation, tone).
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate web-based tools.
- A customer-first attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Experience
- No prior experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.
- Prior experience in customer service, helpdesk, or live chat support is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Flexible part-time hours: 3 to 5 hours/day.
- Shifts available during mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Ideal for balancing with studies or other part-time commitments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with using chat platforms, Gmail, or ticketing systems (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
