Key Responsibilities



  • Provide real-time chat support to Apple customers for inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively using Apple’s support tools and knowledge base.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Document customer interactions, follow up on customer issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction scores, resolution rates, and response times.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information is provided and to improve the customer experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with Apple product updates, services, and policies.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and tone.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, chat-based environment.

  • Familiarity with Apple products and services (iPhone, iPad, Mac, iCloud, etc.).

  • Basic understanding of computer systems and internet troubleshooting.

  • Customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding support.




Experience



  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Freshers are welcome to apply – training will be provided.

  • Experience working remotely or in a chat-based support role is an added advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible scheduling available — choose shifts that work best for you.

  • Opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles.

  • Must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week.

  • Weekend and evening shifts available.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to changing processes.
