Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a dynamic and visionary Global Sales and Talent Acquisition Director to lead and expand our worldwide sales operations and talent acquisition strategies. This senior leadership role combines the responsibility of driving global revenue growth while building and nurturing a high-performing talent pipeline to support our company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales leadership alongside deep expertise in talent acquisition, particularly in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets across diverse international markets.
- Lead and manage the global sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering consistent sales performance.
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition function globally, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and department heads to identify talent needs and develop targeted hiring plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand market presence and business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales and recruitment strategies proactively.
- Drive innovation in sales processes and talent acquisition methodologies, utilizing the latest tools and technologies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and recruitment functions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all recruitment and sales activities.
- Represent OneTech Associates at global industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles with a global scope.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition management, preferably in multinational corporations or fast-growing tech companies.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills with experience managing diverse, cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adept at influencing at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sales and recruitment technologies.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth in global markets.
- Proven track record of scaling talent acquisition operations to meet rapid organizational growth.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Background in technology, IT services, or related sectors is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility required to coordinate with teams and clients across different time zones globally.
- Occasional travel for international business meetings and conferences.
