Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead conversion.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and prospect information.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business development strategies.
- Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on ROI and key performance indicators.
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, marketing coordination, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales processes, and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development or marketing roles, preferably within the technology or consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting sales teams.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Flexibility may be required for events, meetings, or deadlines.
