  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community engagement.

  • Analyze social media metrics and generate detailed reports to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.

  • Stay updated on latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure OneTech Associates remains competitive.

  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong creative flair.

  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaigns.

  • Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is an advantage.



Experience



  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, preferably with remote work exposure.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media accounts for brands or companies.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing social media advertising campaigns is highly desirable.



Working Hours
