- Create engaging, creative, and high-quality social media content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate detailed reports to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
- Stay updated on latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure OneTech Associates remains competitive.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong creative flair.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaigns.
- Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, preferably with remote work exposure.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media accounts for brands or companies.

Working Hours
