Key Responsibilities



  • Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC).

  • Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to optimize content and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, SEO specialists, and marketing managers to produce high-quality promotional content.

  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.

  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, suggesting improvements to enhance engagement and ROI.

  • Manage content calendars and coordinate content publication schedules.

  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing tools and best practices to recommend new tactics.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience in copywriting with a portfolio of published work.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing principles including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.

  • Excellent command of English with strong grammar, spelling, and editing skills.

  • Ability to write for different audiences and adapt tone and style accordingly.

  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.




Experience



  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing roles.

  • Experience working remotely or in a freelance capacity is advantageous.

  • Prior involvement in supporting digital marketing campaigns or assisting marketing teams is preferred.




Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours with the expectation to meet deadlines and attend virtual meetings as required.

  • Part-time or project-based hours, averaging 20-30 hours per week.
