  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.

  • Respond to audience comments and messages professionally and promptly to foster community engagement.

  • Stay updated with emerging social media technologies, platforms, and best practices to keep our strategy innovative.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and content.

  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and generate actionable insights.




Experience



  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or companies.

  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or community management is highly desirable.

Working Hours
