OneTech Associates is seeking a talented and results-driven SEO and Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This fully remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to drive organic growth by developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies alongside engaging content marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in increasing our online presence, improving search rankings, and attracting qualified traffic that converts into loyal customers.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings across various search engines.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities and technical SEO improvements.

  • Create, optimize, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, and social media posts.

  • Collaborate closely with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and content marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices to continuously refine strategies.

  • Manage backlink strategies and outreach campaigns to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.

  • Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, images, and URL structures.

  • Coordinate with paid marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize ROI across organic and paid channels.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Content Marketer, or similar role with measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging and SEO-friendly content.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar platforms.

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.



Experience



  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and content marketing roles, preferably within digital marketing agencies or tech-focused companies.

  • Demonstrated success in improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth through SEO initiatives.

  • Experience working remotely and managing projects independently is highly desirable.



Working Hours



  • This position offers flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and personal productivity peaks.

  • Availability for occasional team meetings or collaborative sessions scheduled during regular business hours.
