Job Summary


Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-commerce and Dropshipping Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves managing and optimizing our dropshipping business operations, driving online sales growth, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment through strategic supplier partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, dropshipping models, and digital marketing tactics to grow our product presence globally. Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and optimize dropshipping product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.).

  • Identify trending products and reliable suppliers to expand the product catalog.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

  • Develop and implement pricing, promotional, and advertising strategies to maximize profitability.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to order status, returns, and refunds with professionalism.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media promotions.

  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, dropshipping best practices, and competitor activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and dropshipping operations.

  • Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and eBay.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and e-commerce dashboards.

  • Excellent negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships and procurement.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.

  • Outstanding communication skills with an ability to handle customer service professionally.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.



Experience



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, or related roles.

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team setting is preferred.

  • Prior involvement in product research, vendor management, and online store optimization is an advantage.
