Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations on Amazon and eBay platforms. Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and update product listings on Amazon and eBay, including titles, descriptions, images, and prices.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction ratings.

  • Process orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues related to deliveries or returns.

  • Analyze sales data and provide reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in handling advertising campaigns and promotions on Amazon and eBay platforms.

  • Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines to avoid account suspensions or penalties.

  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth e-commerce operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub interfaces.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles for e-commerce listings.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with customer service and handling inquiries professionally and empathetically.


Experience



  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce virtual assistance or online marketplace management (Amazon, eBay preferred).

  • Prior remote work experience is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with online sales tools, inventory management software, and customer service platforms is a plus.


Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours with an expectation of 20-40 hours per week.

  • Availability during core business hours (typically 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday) preferred for team coordination and customer support.

  • This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
