Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering exceptional technical support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues reported by customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance and technical explanations to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Participate in product testing and provide feedback to improve customer experience.
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, updates, and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed team performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and common software applications.
- Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages is a plus.
Experience
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in IT support, software troubleshooting, or help desk environments is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours may be required based on business needs.
