Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic Information Technology team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and internal users, providing expert assistance and resolving technical issues efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth IT operations by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network problems. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions to end-users experiencing IT issues.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, and connectivity problems.
- Document and track incidents and service requests in the ticketing system with detailed notes and status updates.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams or vendors when necessary.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets, permissions, and software installations.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates as assigned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT improvements.
- Educate users on basic troubleshooting and proper use of software and hardware.
- Maintain knowledge of current technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented with patience and empathy for users facing technical challenges.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or IT help desk role is preferred.
- Experience supporting end-users in a corporate or service environment is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or hands-on IT support experience are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible hours may be considered).
- Availability for occasional after-hours support or shifts may be required based on business needs.
