π§ Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients encountering software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot application errors and diagnose root causes through analysis and testing.
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document issues, solutions, and frequently asked questions to build internal and external knowledge bases.
- Provide step-by-step support, training, and guidance to customers via email, chat, and video calls.
- Monitor application health, generate reports, and ensure performance standards are met.
- Assist in configuring, installing, and maintaining applications in user environments.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction projects.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of web and software applications, databases, and basic networking.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with support ticket systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or Freshdesk.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
π§ Experience
- 0β2 years of experience in an Application Support, Customer Support, or Technical Support role.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical acumen and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Internship or academic project experience related to technical troubleshooting or software support is a plus.
β° Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible Time Zones Available)
- Occasional weekend or evening support depending on client needs
π Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and error logging tools.
- Understanding of ITIL practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
