Key Responsibilities

  • Present and promote products/services to potential customers to meet sales targets.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service procedures.

  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent quality.

  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer needs.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (a must).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse customer personalities.

  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use CRM or customer service software.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • A positive, professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.




Experience



  • Freshers are welcome to apply – training will be provided.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call centers is a plus but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening (Full-Time or Part-Time).

  • Weekends may be required depending on role and schedule.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Proficiency in English communication is essential.

  • Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

  • Fast learner with a proactive approach to learning new tasks.

  • Familiarity with customer service tools (like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is an advantage.

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance metrics (e.g., sales targets, response time).
