Key Responsibilities

  • Run and monitor basic ad campaigns on Google or Meta platforms (training provided if needed)

  • Research market trends and audience preferences to improve campaign performance

  • Collaborate with the content team to optimize SEO and drive organic traffic

  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, clicks)

  • Suggest creative ways to grow online presence and improve ROI

  • Support promotional campaigns such as online contests, influencer collaborations, and email newsletters



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends

  • Strong written communication skills in English

  • Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and digital tools

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing algorithms or strategies

  • Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Canva or similar tools

  • Self-disciplined, deadline-oriented, and proactive



Experience



  • No prior professional experience required

  • Freshers, students, homemakers, and career changers are welcome

  • Any prior freelance marketing, content creation, or social media work is a plus
