Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Remote Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy across various platforms. As part of our fast-growing digital team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement and traffic across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity, ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital trends and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) across all major platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive community environment.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.) if needed.
- Conduct competitor research and prepare monthly performance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including content and algorithm differences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote setup.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment is a plus.
- Freshers with strong portfolios or relevant certifications may also be considered.
Working Hours
- Flexible hours with the expectation of meeting weekly goals and deadlines.
- Coordination across time zones may be required occasionally.
- Approximately 25–40 hours per week depending on full-time or part-time arrangement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of SEO, hashtag strategy, and platform-specific optimization.
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising and analytics.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently.
