Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software or platforms

  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and efficiently

  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn



Experience



  • No prior customer service experience required

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

Working Hours



  • Part-time role: 4 to 6 hours per day
