Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice in multiple languages.
- Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up for resolution.
- Deliver information regarding company products, services, and processes in a friendly, accurate, and culturally-sensitive manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents appropriately.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Provide real-time translation support and adapt communication style to suit regional norms and customer preferences.
- Meet individual performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in English plus at least one additional language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Hindi, or Arabic preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask across software tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
- Ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations.
Experience
- Prior customer service or support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
Working Hours
- Flexible, part-time shifts available including evenings and weekends.
- Minimum commitment: 15-20 hours per week.
- Schedules can be tailored around your availability and timezone.
