- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.

- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals related to call handling and customer satisfaction.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (bonus points for multilingual abilities).
- Basic computer literacy, including typing and data entry skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is a plus.

- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or telecommunication roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
⏰ Working Hours
- Choose your preferred shift:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
- Part-time and full-time options available
