🎯 Key Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Provide information about products, services, and policies.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

  • Meet daily and weekly performance goals related to call handling and customer satisfaction.




✅ Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (bonus points for multilingual abilities).

  • Basic computer literacy, including typing and data entry skills.

  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • A quiet and professional home workspace with reliable internet connectivity.




🧠 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is a plus.

  • Ability to stay calm and handle customer concerns empathetically.

  • Time management and punctuality are essential.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards customer service.




🎓 Experience



  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or telecommunication roles is an advantage but not mandatory.




⏰ Working Hours



  • Choose your preferred shift:



    • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    • Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM



  • Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

  • Part-time and full-time options available
