Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or voice support.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, applications, and basic hardware.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and customer interactions.
- Assist customers with account setup, navigation, and troubleshooting.
- Provide feedback on frequently reported issues and suggest improvements to support documentation.
- Meet performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with computers, mobile applications, and common troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
Experience
- No prior experience required — Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Previous customer support or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Part-Time: 3 to 5 hours per day
- Flexible scheduling between 9 AM to 9 PM (your local time)
- Weekend availability preferred but not compulsory
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
- Basic understanding of internet connectivity, browsers, and software installation.
- Patience and empathy when handling technical issues.
- Organized and capable of documenting work clearly and efficiently.
- Team-oriented attitude while working independently in a remote setting.
