This role involves engaging with customers over the phone to promote services, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities



  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide timely resolutions to queries or complaints.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, policies, and procedures.

  • Adhere to company compliance and quality standards during all customer interactions.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum 10+2 (High School) qualification; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain composure in stressful situations.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software.

  • Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.

  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.




Experience



  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Training will be provided to equip you with the necessary product knowledge and communication techniques.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available including day, evening, and night shifts.

  • Typically 8 to 9 hours per day with breaks as per company policy.

  • Weekend and holiday shifts may be required depending on business needs.
