Key Responsibilities
- Type and format various documents including letters, reports, academic content, and forms
- Convert handwritten or scanned documents into editable text files
- Ensure correct grammar, punctuation, and formatting
- Follow templates or specific formatting styles when required
- Meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality of documents
- Communicate with the support team for clarifications if needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Typing speed of at least 35–40 WPM with accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, or similar tools

- Good command of English (or applicable regional language)
- No prior experience required – training available
