Key Responsibilities



  • Type and format various documents including letters, reports, academic content, and forms

  • Convert handwritten or scanned documents into editable text files

  • Ensure correct grammar, punctuation, and formatting

  • Follow templates or specific formatting styles when required

  • Meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality of documents

  • Communicate with the support team for clarifications if needed




Qualifications & Skills



  • Typing speed of at least 35–40 WPM with accuracy

  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, or similar tools

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Good command of English (or applicable regional language)

  • No prior experience required – training available
