Job Description

IndiGo Airlines is hiring Airport Arrival Coordinators to manage ground support services during passenger arrivals. As the first point of contact for incoming flights, you'll ensure smooth coordination between ground staff, baggage handling, and passenger services — maintaining high safety and service standards.


This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced airport environments and are committed to providing efficient and friendly customer service.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate with ramp, baggage, and passenger handling teams to ensure timely aircraft turnaround

  • Monitor flight arrival schedules and prepare arrival bays accordingly

  • Escort and assist disembarking passengers, especially VIPs, elderly, or those with special needs

  • Provide accurate and timely updates to terminal and baggage staff

  • Ensure all safety, regulatory, and service protocols are followed

  • Address and resolve arrival-related issues promptly in coordination with airport authorities



Requirements:



  • Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline

  • Age: 18 to 27 years (relaxation may apply for experienced candidates)

  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language a plus)

  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Physically fit and presentable

  • Prior airport or ground handling experience preferred, but freshers can apply

  • Valid government ID and address proof (mandatory for airport access pass)
