Job Title: Boarding Pass Verification Executive – Airport Entry & Passenger Interface


Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Shift-based)


Location: Major Airports Across India (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata)


Department: Ground Services / Security Operations



Job Summary:


We are hiring Boarding Pass Verification Executives to ensure secure and smooth passenger movement at airport entry gates. As part of the first line of interface between the airline and travelers, you will be responsible for verifying travel documents, guiding passengers, and assisting with basic inquiries at the airport terminal entry points.


This is an ideal role for freshers and young professionals looking to start a career in aviation or airport ground operations.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Verify boarding passes, identity documents, and travel itineraries at airport terminal entry gates

  • Ensure only valid ticketed passengers are allowed access to terminal premises

  • Direct passengers to the appropriate airline counters, security check areas, or assistance desks

  • Respond politely and professionally to passenger inquiries

  • Coordinate with security and airline staff for handling escalations or suspicious entries

  • Maintain order, queue discipline, and passenger flow during peak hours

  • Comply with all airport safety and regulatory protocols



Eligibility Criteria:



  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 pass; graduates preferred

  • Age Limit: 18–27 years (freshers eligible; age relaxation for experienced candidates)

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages a plus)

  • Polite demeanor and presentable appearance

  • Physically fit to stand for long durations

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night and weekends)

  • No visible tattoos or piercings (as per airport guidelines)



Experience:



  • Freshers welcome

  • Prior experience in ground staff, security screening, or customer service roles is an advantage
