Job Summary:
FlySafair is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Centre team as Customer Service Agents. In this front-line role, you will assist passengers with flight bookings, manage queries, handle changes, and provide general support to ensure a smooth and satisfying FlySafair experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with new bookings, changes, cancellations, and check-in support
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, baggage, and services
- Handle complaints or service recovery issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions using FlySafair systems
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Ticketing) to resolve complex issues
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain data security protocols
Requirements:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) required
- Language: Fluent in English (additional South African languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask during peak times
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- South African ID or valid work authorization
Preferred Experience:
- 6–12 months in customer service, call centre, or travel/tourism sector (advantageous)
- Familiarity with airline reservation or ticketing systems like Amadeus or Sabre (a plus)
