- Provide first-line technical support for e‑learning platforms, simulators, and virtual classrooms.
- Quality, Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain meticulous records to satisfy flag state, port state, and classification society requirements.
- Support audits (internal/external) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Track expiry/renewal dates for mandatory certifications and trigger recertification workflows.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Liaise with department heads (Deck, Engine, Hotel Ops, Entertainment, F&B) to align training to operational needs.
- Coordinate with third-party training providers, assessment centres, and accreditation bodies.
- Support onboarding programs for new hires, cadets, and cross-departmental transfers.
- Continuous Improvement
- Analyse learner feedback, assessment data, and operational KPIs to propose enhancements.
- Assist in piloting new learning technologies (microlearning, mobile learning, AR/VR drills).
- Contribute to curriculum reviews to keep content current with SOLAS, ISM Code, MLC, and company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cohorts, and meet strict compliance deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and eager to adopt simulation, VR/AR, and e-learning innovations.
- High level of organizational discipline, documentation accuracy, and process ownership.
