Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Order Management Specialist to support our BPO back-office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of customer orders, including processing, tracking, validating, and resolving any discrepancies. Your contributions will ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, strong internal coordination, and excellent client satisfaction.
This is a non-voice, back-office role ideal for candidates with strong organizational and data-handling skills looking to build a career in supply chain or operations support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate sales orders from various channels (email, CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Monitor order status and ensure timely updates across systems and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, billing, and customer service teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies, missing information, or delays.
- Maintain accurate and updated order records in ERP or order management systems.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TAT), and quality standards.
- Support reporting and documentation needs related to order processing.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with order-to-cash (O2C) or similar business processes.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Strong written communication and email handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and follow process documentation accurately.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including rotational and weekend shifts as required.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in order management, data processing, or back-office support in a BPO/shared services environment.
- Experience in working with international clients or large-scale order systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations or fulfillment processes.
