Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics BPO Coordinator to support our Inventory & Dispatch Process operations. In this back-office role, you will coordinate key logistics functions such as inventory tracking, dispatch scheduling, and shipment documentation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and accurate system updates, supporting both internal teams and external clients.


This role is ideal for candidates with strong coordination skills, a basic understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and update inventory levels across warehouses or distribution centers using internal systems.

  • Schedule and track dispatches based on client requirements, delivery windows, and load plans.

  • Coordinate with transport partners, warehouse staff, and logistics teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

  • Prepare and verify shipping documents such as dispatch sheets, manifests, and delivery receipts.

  • Handle exceptions, delays, or inventory mismatches by escalating to the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of inventory movements and dispatch activities.

  • Support periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliations.

  • Adhere to SOPs and service level standards for data accuracy and timely execution.




Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good written communication and reporting abilities.

  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with inventory or logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS) is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of transactional data.

  • Comfortable working in shifts or supporting different time zones if required.




Preferred Experience:



  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or dispatch operations in a BPO or shared services setup.

  • Exposure to e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or 3PL logistics processes.

  • Experience with ERP systems and logistics dashboards.
