Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics BPO Coordinator to support our Inventory & Dispatch Process operations. In this back-office role, you will coordinate key logistics functions such as inventory tracking, dispatch scheduling, and shipment documentation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and accurate system updates, supporting both internal teams and external clients.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong coordination skills, a basic understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update inventory levels across warehouses or distribution centers using internal systems.
- Schedule and track dispatches based on client requirements, delivery windows, and load plans.
- Coordinate with transport partners, warehouse staff, and logistics teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as dispatch sheets, manifests, and delivery receipts.
- Handle exceptions, delays, or inventory mismatches by escalating to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of inventory movements and dispatch activities.
- Support periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
- Adhere to SOPs and service level standards for data accuracy and timely execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written communication and reporting abilities.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with inventory or logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of transactional data.
- Comfortable working in shifts or supporting different time zones if required.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or dispatch operations in a BPO or shared services setup.
- Exposure to e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or 3PL logistics processes.
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics dashboards.
