Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Onboarding Executive to join our voice support team in a remote BPO setup. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth, professional, and welcoming start to their journey. Your role will involve calling, educating, and assisting customers in setting up their accounts, understanding services/products, and addressing early-stage queries.


This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Make outbound welcome and onboarding calls to new customers.

  • Guide users through account setup, verification steps, service usage, or platform navigation.

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to onboarding-related questions.

  • Educate customers about key features, policies, and benefits of the product/service.

  • Identify and resolve any initial barriers or issues that could impact user activation.

  • Escalate technical or account-specific problems to appropriate support teams.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM/ticketing tool.

  • Meet onboarding targets, call quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.




Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).

  • Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM platforms or call center tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a structured remote setup with minimal supervision.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.




Preferred Experience:



  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, onboarding, or technical support.

  • Experience in voice-based BPO roles for fintech, SaaS, telecom, or e-commerce clients.

  • Familiarity with onboarding tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk), or KYC processes.
