Job Summary

AdminServe Hub is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our remote team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic work-from-home environment and possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The Admin Executive will support day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including emails, schedules, documentation, and virtual filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and virtual events for team members and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required by management.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new team members and maintain HR-related records.
  • Support departmental projects by preparing presentations, data entry, and other administrative needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and task completion.
  • Monitor office supplies, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking if required.
  • Provide exceptional support to management to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, or Trello.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
  • Experience in remote work environments is an advantage.
  • Exposure to basic HR, bookkeeping, or project coordination will be a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours; full-time availability preferred.
  • Standard workweek: Monday to Friday (remote).
  • Occasional participation in virtual meetings or team calls outside standard hours may be required.
