Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars for executives and teams.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical files to ensure seamless workflow.
- Support HR and finance teams with routine administrative tasks, such as payroll documentation and employee onboarding.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and client communications, with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Monitor office supplies, place orders, and ensure proper inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or related roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively under tight deadlines.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in administrative support or office administration.
- Experience supporting senior management or cross-functional teams is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate or consulting environment is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Standard office hours, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required based on project deadlines.
- Remote or hybrid work options may be available based on performance and team requirements.
