The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations, supporting various departments, and ensuring efficient administrative workflows. The Administrative Support professional will assist with scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and general office management tasks, allowing our creative teams to focus on delivering exceptional results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain digital files, databases, and administrative records accurately.

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and virtual meetings for team members.

  • Assist with drafting and formatting reports, presentations, and internal communications.

  • Handle incoming emails, inquiries, and correspondence professionally and promptly.

  • Support project tracking, task management, and workflow documentation.

  • Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining employee records.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support or office management, preferably in a creative or agency environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role.

  • Prior experience in creative agencies or digital marketing companies is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Standard working hours, flexible schedule considered for the right candidate.

  • Occasional participation in virtual meetings may be required outside regular hours.
