In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between prospective students and universities, guiding applicants through the admissions process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through the complete admissions process, including application preparation, document review, and submission.
- Provide personalized counseling to students on program selection, eligibility, scholarship opportunities, and career pathways.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or virtual meetings, ensuring a professional and supportive communication experience.
- Collaborate with international university partners to stay updated on admission requirements, deadlines, and policy changes.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups using CRM or internal databases.
- Conduct virtual information sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate students about study abroad opportunities.
- Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to students, resolving any issues or challenges proactively.
- Assist in developing marketing and outreach strategies to attract prospective students globally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of global higher education systems and university admission processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in university admissions, student counseling, or international education.
- Prior experience working with remote teams or in a virtual advisory capacity is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in advising students and guiding them through academic program selection and enrollment.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position.
