Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for retail banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, loans, and digital banking services
- Build and manage long-term relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking and financial products to meet individual and business customer requirements
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure prompt resolution of queries and issues
- Achieve individual and branch-level sales and service targets in line with bank objectives
- Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, KYC norms, and internal compliance policies
- Support branch operations and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Promote digital banking channels to enhance customer convenience and engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and service
- Ability to understand financial products and explain them clearly to customers
- Goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work under targets
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced banking environment
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in banking, sales, financial services, or customer service will have an added advantage
Working Hours
- Full-time role
- 5–6 working days per week, as per branch and business requirements
- Working hours aligned with branch banking operations and customer engagement needs
