Job Summary

IT sight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of large-scale fintech initiatives in a fully remote environment. This role is critical in ensuring that cross-functional teams deliver high-quality digital financial solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will act as a servant leader and strategic partner, facilitating agile best practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across distributed teams. You will collaborate closely with product owners, engineering leaders, compliance teams, and key stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric fintech products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech projects using Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning sessions.

• Partner with Product Owners to define roadmaps, priorities, and release plans.

• Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across multiple teams.

• Track and report on delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, release readiness).

• Act as a change agent to promote agile mindset and continuous improvement practices.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, QA, UX, compliance, and business teams.

• Manage remote teams across time zones and ensure strong communication and collaboration.

• Support regulatory and security requirements common in fintech environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean delivery principles.

• Proven ability to lead distributed technical teams.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience working with digital products in financial services or fintech.

• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Ability to balance technical understanding with business strategy.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar).

• At least 2–3 years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial systems.

• Experience delivering large-scale, complex, and compliance-driven digital products.

• Prior experience working in fully remote or globally distributed teams is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Standard business hours with flexibility depending on project needs.

• Occasional overlap required with international teams across different time zones.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into delivery plans.
