Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking an innovative and highly analytical AI Prompt Engineer – Creative Content Automation to join our growing digital transformation team. You will collaborate with content strategists, developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure AI-driven outputs are accurate, engaging, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-quality AI prompts for various content use cases, including marketing copy, product descriptions, social media, customer support, and training materials.

• Build and maintain prompt libraries and reusable frameworks for different business scenarios.

• Test, evaluate, and refine prompt performance to improve accuracy, relevance, tone, and creativity of AI-generated outputs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective AI prompt strategies.

• Implement content automation workflows using large language models (LLMs) and AI tools.

• Monitor AI outputs for quality, bias, compliance, and ethical considerations.

• Document best practices, standards, and guidelines for prompt engineering.

• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, generative models, and content automation technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.

• Excellent command of written English with strong storytelling and content structuring skills.

• Experience with prompt engineering techniques such as few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, role prompting, and system instructions.

• Familiarity with AI platforms, APIs, and content automation tools.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or automation tools is a plus.

• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy is highly desirable.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in AI, content strategy, digital marketing, data analysis, or related fields.

• Proven experience working with generative AI tools or conversational AI systems.

• Experience in building or managing automated content workflows is an advantage.

• Prior exposure to SaaS, tech startups, or innovation-driven environments preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position

• Flexible working hours with core collaboration time

• Remote / Hybrid options available depending on location

• Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
