Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated AI Training Specialist – Data Labeling & Annotation to join our growing artificial intelligence team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data labeling and annotation across multiple data types (text, images, audio, video).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.

• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data concepts.

• Proficiency in using annotation tools and platforms (or willingness to learn).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in data labeling, data analysis, quality assurance, or related roles.

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in AI and data are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience with NLP, computer vision, or speech data is a plus.
