Key Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety by conducting pre-flight safety checks and demonstrations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers during boarding, in-flight, and upon arrival.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to passenger inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Serve food, beverages, and other in-flight amenities while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle in-flight emergencies calmly, following standard procedures and protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin.
• Work collaboratively with the cabin crew and flight deck to ensure smooth flight operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations professionally.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks in confined spaces and during long flights.
• Professional appearance and grooming in accordance with airline standards.

Experience

• No prior flight attendant experience is required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time, rotational shifts including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including international travel if required.
• Training schedule to be communicated upon selection.
