Job Summary

Amazon Online is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Admin Assistant to support our growing operations remotely. As an Ecommerce Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting ecommerce functions, coordinating with teams, and assisting in process improvements to enhance customer experience and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for ecommerce operations including product listings, order management, and data entry.

  • Monitor inventory levels, update stock availability, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining product descriptions, pricing updates, and content optimization.

  • Handle communication with vendors, logistics teams, and internal departments.

  • Generate regular reports on sales, performance metrics, and operational activities.

  • Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve order-related issues.

  • Maintain accuracy of records, databases, and documentation.

  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns by ensuring accurate product updates.

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the ecommerce team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar) is an advantage.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of administrative or ecommerce-related experience preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with strong technical and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours, with the requirement to align with core business operations (typically 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday).

  • Occasional extended hours during peak ecommerce seasons or promotional campaigns.
