Job Summary:

Amazon Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FBA Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers by managing operational workflows, optimizing inventory processes, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. As an FBA Operations Specialist, you will act as the primary liaison between sellers and Amazon’s logistics systems, resolving operational challenges and ensuring that sellers’ products reach customers efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage FBA inventory, ensuring accurate product listings, stock levels, and timely replenishments.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments between sellers and Amazon fulfillment centers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to order fulfillment, shipment discrepancies, and inventory errors.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including seller support, supply chain, and logistics operations, to streamline processes.

• Provide data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize workflows, and improve seller performance metrics.

• Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare regular reports for management review.

• Support seller onboarding and training related to FBA operations.

• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of FBA processes, e-commerce logistics, and inventory management systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or related platforms is a plus.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.

• Previous exposure to FBA operations or warehouse management is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate global operations.
