Job Summary

Amazon Support is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Seller Support Executives to join our remote operations team. As a Seller Support Executive, you will act as the first point of contact for sellers, providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance through chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Amazon sellers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional manner.

  • Provide support across multiple communication channels including email, chat, and calls.

  • Guide sellers on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices to enhance their business growth.

  • Investigate and resolve operational issues related to product listings, payments, performance metrics, and order fulfillment.

  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the system for future reference.

  • Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams when required.

  • Contribute to the overall seller experience by suggesting improvements to internal processes and knowledge resources.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy while interacting with sellers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools and internet-based applications.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and case handling.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
