Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Adaptability to dynamic processes and systems in a fast-paced airline industry.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, travel, or airline industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Experience in remote work or virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams) is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling available, including part-time and full-time options.
