Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office, web-based applications, and customer management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy toward customers.

Experience

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus.

Working Hours
